Inspiration behind What Matters Most
​
Before I even started Waiting For You(book 1) I was at that point in the process where I was thinking it through. Dani, along with her backstory, came to life pretty easily. Wade had come to life in Mistletoe Kiss, so you’d think his part would’ve been easy too, but it wasn’t. There was no conflict and you’ve got to have conflict in a book. I was praying about it, asking God to show me what He wanted me to write, and a pivotal scene in this book (book 3) played out in my head and branched out in both directions. In a matter of minutes, I had the concept for all four books, and it all wraps around that one scene.
I hope you enjoy the book, but most of all, I pray that God uses my stories to reach out to His people. That is the ultimate goal for me.

Bio
Each of Andrea Boyd’s series represents a different genre but all fall into the category of romance. All offer an element of her own brand of humor. And all are a tribute to God. Besides writing, she loves spending time with her family, quilting, going to car shows, and driving around in her 1968 Barracuda convertible. Andrea lives with her husband, Tommy, and at least a couple of cats in York County, SC.
