KDP Select allows you to post your eBook for free five days out of each three months period that you are signed up. This is especially important for that debut book because it helps get your name out there and builds interest in your future books as well.

I have compiled a list of places to promote your book. It will probably take days for you to go though each one that first time, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end. You will also be bombarded with emails from these sites. I almost wish I had set up a separate email account just for this.

Before you get started, I suggest opening up two pages in Word—one with your bio and one with at least three different synopsis in varying lengths. You will be copying and pasting a lot. You will also need the official web addresses (the ones starting with http://) for ALL of your pages, the link to your book, and your AISN, as well as your picture and the picture of your book.
